How did you pay the tax on it the first time? It should be part of your tax return. Did you import the 1099Div and then enter it again manually?

Sounds like you mean a Distribution not a dividend? Is this an IRA or 401k, etc?

And even if taxes were withheld, they may not have been enough to cover the actual taxes due.
Or do you mean your received a distribution from a retirement plan that was funded with post-tax dollars? Contact Fidelity if you are not sure what you received.
