It says to come back on 2/8 to amend my return . Its 2/8 today . Why won't it let me :(

It says to come back on 2/8 to amend my return . Its 2/8 today . Why won't it let me :(

The 1040X was expected to be ready to use today, however the date has been changed to 2/22/19, unfortunately that date is subject to change again.  You can track it's availability by going to the following link.
