@jingermack1228 call the number they gave me and press 1 for lost/stolen because when you press 2 for never received they ask for a card number for some reason. When you press 1 you’ll be able to talk to someone, ask for a new card cause you never received yours

Ive been waiting over a month and they this number up here they say my ssn isnt found..bullshit giving me the runaround that 2 more days . 3 more days crap. Never doing turbotax again

In my opinion there gathering info for fraud because sometimes when ive called they ask for my ssn and all my info and hang up or they say my information isnt found

Okay. I thought I was logged in but wasn't. Ugh. I had typed my experience (which sucked/sucks)
I figured out how to send money. So, if anyone got a temporary card number and banking information when you were approved this can help you IF you have Apple pay or PayPal.
With Apple pay I'm not exactly sure how my husband did it but I know a little. He got all the temporary card information from me, some how added it to his Apple pay then sent me money online Western Union. He out did $200 to make sure it worked, when we tried it again it locked Apple pay for up to 3 business days.  
With PayPal I added the information as a bank account then sent money to my husbands PayPal, he then transferred it to his NetSpend card and we went and withdrew the money from there.

Hey everyone! I have been having issues with this as well. Filed my taxes over a month ago and haven’t received the card. I just took all the money off the card and transferred it to my pay pal! I wish I would have thought of this weeks ago. All you need is the routing and account number, you do NOT need the card number! I hope this helps!

@tomsmom1224 how did you take the money off the card and transfer to paypal with only the account number and routing number? I’ve been waiting on my card for weeks and even expedited it and still haven’t received it, I’m really struggling trying to figure this out

Just go to your paypal and add new bank account to it. The routing and account number for your card is on the first page of your return. That’s all you need. After you add it, it will tell you that it wants you to verify the bank account but I just hurried and transferred the money so it didn’t make me!

I am having the same problem! I never received my card, called the customer service number, asks for ss #, dob and zip code. Provide it and then it asks for last 4 digits of my card!!!!!!! I don't know because I never received it!!!! So annoying!!!! DOes anyone have a legit number that can speak with a live person?

Did anyone ever recieve there care? It’s been 10 month since IRS showed my federal approved and I never got my card in the mail. Automated system is horrible. It ask for the last 4 digits of my card number but I have no clue what that is because they never sent the card. You have to have a registered account and to have that you have to have your card number. Worse experience ever and I suggest no one use TurboTax
