I got a letter and I still have not gotten my tax’s how do I know if I’m still getting them or if I did something wrong with filling it out

If your returns were accepted then only the IRS & State would know about your refunds. If you received a letter, hopefully you followed the steps in the letter.

You can checked the IRS website Where's My Refund for your Federal information?

https://www.irs.gov/refunds

If you have a State refund, click on the following link, then click on your State

TurboTax does not know anything about a letter that was sent to you by the IRS or your state. What is the letter number or CP number?
