If I have filed my taxes and received a refund and then received another W-2 am I able to file it

Since you have received the federal tax refund you can amend the 2021 tax return to add the W-2.

The federal amended tax return, Form 1040-X, for tax year 2021 is estimated to be available in TurboTax on 02/24/2022

As DoninGA, stated that since you already received your refund, you should amend your 2021 Tax Return and add the missing W-2.

The option to amend a 2021 tax return will become available later in the tax season.
