Tax advance

I filed for the tax advance and was told it would come within 4 minutes of it being accepted. It’s been 2 hours and still nothing. I contacted credit karma who said that the irs can reject the loan. Is this true?? How can TurboTax approve you for a loan if the irs reject it???
