State regected

My state was regected I forgot to click a yes or no box, so I’m using turbo tax to fix the problem but it won’t fix the problem I think the app/website is messed up

I want to amend my NY state tax return for 2023 but not the Federal return. How can I do that in TurboTax? It seems like I can only do both, not one or the other.
