I got a tax refund today but it wasn't in the amount that I was told I was getting. I filed for two jobs last year... can my taxes come back in two different payments?

No. You only get one refund or tax due for all your income. Did you file both your W2s at the same time on the same tax return?
And Federal and state refunds come separately from different places at different times.
Yes I filed them both at the same time and I'm pretty sure under the same return. How do I know if the refund I got was from federal or state?
What is the description on the deposit? Were you having any fees deducted from your refund?
Here was the description: ORIG CO NAME:IRS TREAS 310 CO ENTRY DESCR: TAX REF SEC:PPD ORIG (and then had some numbers with it). And I wasn't aware of any fees being deducted. I got 200$ less than I was anticipating. My jobs were in separate states though, and one state has income tax and the other does not. Would that mean I should expect another payment?
Hi kelsiclawson, do you have any explanation now? I am in a similar situation and the amount difference is huge so I am very concerned and I could not find any explanations yet. Thank in advance for your reply.
It is possible part of your refund was offset. For more information you can visit the websites below.

Thanks @SForrestLO, I was just confirmed that for my specific case, it is not my federal tax refund, it is the stimulus check. I am still waiting for my federal tax refund.
This is what I got in my bank account:
ORIG CO NAME: IRS TREAS 310
CO ENTRY DESCR: TAX REF SEC
See:
"Not everyone is eligible for a stimulus check. If you are a single filer that earns more than $75,000 then your $1,200 payment will be reduced by 5% of the amount over $75,000. If you make more than $99,000 then you won’t be eligible for a check.
Joint filers will get $2,400 if they earn less than $150,000 and that amount drops to zero if they earn more than $198,000. You get an additional $500 for each dependent child, which is also subject to the same 5% reduction rule."
