So unhappy this year

I filed at the end of January and still haven’t gotten my federal return. I had to pay turbo tax even though I didn’t get my refund. I have done my taxes with turbo tax for years and this is the first time I have had this situation happen. Turbo tax won’t help me with answers as to where my refund is and no one at the tax office in RI or the senate office can help me. If I owed though, that would be a different story. I could face penalties, interest accruing, and even jail time if I was to owe. But they owe me money and “we are still processing your return” is the only answer I get. No help with turbo tax no help from the IRS and no help from RI senates office. They are all pathetic excuses

So unhappy this year

I filed with turbo tax in February and it’s says both State And Federal Accepted but I havent receive my Federal returns. Also this app **bleep**ing sucks too money grubbing app asked my if I wanted to upgrade at least 10 times. Irs. Gov isnt responding either they tell me my information is wrong which is false and don’t offer alternative options. I paid $160 for this application which I thought was free(at least state) but there were no prompt for it. I feel robbed and I won’t let this go!

Guess I'm not the only one. I haven't gotten mine either. Might not use Turbo next year.

I am very unhappy as well.  I efiled my taxes on March 9. Unfortunately, I had to pay and submitted my bank information and Turbotax even gave me a ta filing #. So far, IRS has not taken the funds out of my bank account and they show no record of my 2019 return. No way to contact Turbotax for any information - or the IRS. Everything had been great with Turbotax in the past.

If the IRS shows no record of your return, there may have been a problem with the e-Filed submission.

Exactly I received a email from  turbotax that I owe them and was expecting a large return however it's been 3 months since I filed without them answering my phone calls or emails

The IRS is taking longer to send the refunds because of Covid-19.  You have to wait.  But Turbo Tax still needs to be paid.
