It's website says the information does not match.

@leffew210 when did you file and did you paper file? if paper, nothing will appear on the IRS website until the IRS begins processing the return - they are backlogged.

Also, if you did not receive the 1st two stimulus checks, that should appear on Line 30 of form 1040 and is called the "recovery rebate credit".

Getting message: "We've hit a snag activating your product. This is most likely because something went wrong during the installation."
