Should I include my 1099-NEC if the instructions say to attach the W-2 & 1099-R? This is for an amended return.

I have done an Amended return and ready to mail in the AZ State copy. This instructions say to attach the Form(s) W-2 and 1099-R to the back of your return. I received a 1099-NEC and Daniel received a W-2 and the 1099-R. So do I need to include my 1099-NEC if the instructions say to attach the W-2 & 1099-R?

NO ... the instructions asked for only apples and oranges to be sent  so you will NOT send a  lemon.

or your amendment instructions say to do so.
