So sad the reps are not even helping I am a single mom this is ridiculous stealing from 1,000's of people... give us a number to call then say oh wait you need to pay 29.99 to speak with an expert after having 182 taking off my return I was supposed to get roughly 4,000 it says I am now receiving the same number for my federal and state tax which is no way possible  it says I'm getting 792 but only deposited $262 into me account and they are refusing to help directs us to the IRS which they says cannot be processed til mid month and I have no offsets so IRS make it right tf now

This is a known issue that is being investigated.   Sit tight----it will be resolved.

Please be assured that TurboTax is aware of the federal and state refunds display issue, and our team is working hard to resolve it as quickly as possible. This is strictly a visual/display issue and does not affect your actual tax return or any calculations submitted on your federal or state tax returns. To verify your correct figures, you can always view or print a PDF of your actual tax forms (such as Form 1040), which contain the official data accepted by the tax authorities.

*UPDATE: As of today, Thursday Feb 5th, this display issue has been resolved. Please post in this thread if you continue to see identical values for federal and state refunds after filing. Thank you!
