How do I get a download the depreciation schedules turbotax is supposed to generate for properties I have entered over the years using the online version of turbotax. I have read that the "Depreciation and Amortization Report" should have been included in the pdf download of my return for any given year. That appears not to be the case. What can I do now?

If you can bring up your Asset Entry Worksheet, you can retrieve your depreciation schedule.
Whether or not the depreciation schedule is included with your PDF will depend on which option you select when printing your prior year return. The depreciation schedule is generally not something that is included with the forms filed with the IRS. However, you should be able to select that specific form and print it.
Select Specific Forms and Worksheets and scroll through the list until you get to the Schedule E section of forms. The depreciation worksheet should be found there. It may be labeled as Depr Report.
Take a look at the following TurboTax article for more detailed instructions for printing:
How do I print a copy of my tax return in TurboTax?
the option to "Select Specific Forms and Worksheets" is not given to me when I choose to preview / download my return. I am currently using the online version. Is there a different method to obtain the schedule 4562 form for each of my rental properties?

The depreciation schedule, a screenshot of which was posted earlier in this thread, is not available in the online versions of TurboTax.
Form 4562 will only be included in your return for the first year the depreciable property is placed in service or if the property is listed property.
So, the next obvious question in this chain is "Since it isn't available in the online version, how do I get it?" I just found out. Call support and they will help you to download the desktop version. Then import your tax files into it. (Choose "continue online return" from the first screen). It will take the PDF and magically produce the asset worksheets that you need into the desktop version and you can save them to .pdf files.

Outstanding! Thanks for posting this, @mroberts2
So does this mean we have to purchase a license code to active the desktop version to download a form? Or if I call they make the purchase part disappear. Feels kind of silly... I don't use the desktop software but to get this form I have to buy it.

Call Support because, with respect to the previous user (above), it appears as if they can give you a download and license for the desktop software.
If you already paid for the Online version call in and they should put the Desktop download in your account with the 16 digit License Code. If you need to buy the program you will get the License Code with it.
To install the Desktop program you need a full Windows or Mac computer.

After a more recent call with an agent, i was able to do to for the most recent 2 years- click on "amend a return", then choose amend forms, at that point, the print center opens on the left vertical bar. Within that you can select federal/ state and it will give you all the optional forms to download
