I had filed with TT jointly with my wife for years. We did not file electronically in 2019 because we owed. Last year we tried to file electronically because we were receiving a return, but the e-file was rejected with the error IND-032-04 - 'SpousePriorYearPIN' or 'SpousePriorYearAGIAmt'. I tried numerous times but got the same result so we mailed it in. This year we are getting the same error and we DO NOT want to mail in our return.
Turbo tax asks me to check the last year's return for my spouse's AGI as well as her PIN. BOTH values are correct. What can I do to proceed so I can file electroncially??

Your 2020 return must have been Accepted by the IRS for your prior year AGI to be on record. Since you mailed your 2020 return, you'll need to make sure it was Accepted by the IRS by contacting them. Please click the link below for more information.
What if I entered the correct AGI and I'm still getting an ...
I am assuming that my 2020 return was accepted as I received the refund due to me!
Did you try entering 0 for your AGI? If not, please try that to see if it clears the rejection and lets you e-file. For more information, please see the help article posted above by ChondelLO.
No, placing 0 in for AGI did not work. This should not be happening. Is there someone I can actually speak with at TT about this? I checked all over the IRS site for information regarding my PIN but cannot find anything. Whenever I call, I get all lines are busy, call back again.
If you want to speak to someone, please contact customer service through the following link.
