Rejected e-filng

My e-filing was rejected indicating that it was because the AGI or PIN didn't match last year, but that information was auto-filled by Turbo Tax and I verified it from my records. How do I "correct" something that was not incorrect?

    If your spouse died during 2019 there is a problem efiling and you will have to mail your return

    Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them.  You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places.  Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.

    Thanks, I will try to re-file with $0 as the AGI as my return was processed late last year.
