Frustrating as it is, it is not possible for TurboTax to speed up the IRS for you. It seems to be taking longer than usual for them to process returns. They are short staffed; and they are processing millions of tax returns at the same time that they have been burdened with the task of processing millions of stimulus checks.

TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 20 of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

On the IRS site you are also offered the use of an app called IRS2Go

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

I've been trying for weeks to talk to an IRS agent.. When I finally got one she said they were going to put a tracer or some bull**bleep** like that on my state refund because I still have not received it! Even after they claim it was issued on 2-18-22. I got hundreds of dollars less than what you said I would get, I had to pay you and now I'm not getting my $170 from the state which is rightfully mine! And no one from TurboTax will do any **bleep**ing thing except take my **bleep**ing money and the only thing the sorry as pathetic thing the IRS will do is steal your money?!? Refund my money you charged and the IRS can go **bleep** themselves... Which is exactly why I love people that **bleep** over the IRS!
@ginaglt1971 The Internal Revenue Service has nothing to do with your state refund. The IRS is for your federal tax return and federal tax refund. Your STATE is in charge of your state return and state refund. If you are calling the IRS about your state refund you are calling the wrong taxing authority.
TurboTax provided the software for you to prepare a do-it-yourself tax return. The IRS and/or state do not tell TurboTax anything whatsoever after you file those tax returns, nor can TT find out anything for you from the IRS or state.
Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities, There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.
STATE RETURN

This is where I checked the status!!!!!!!!!
@ginaglt1971 That is not the IRS. It is the state's Department of Revenue.

Did you e-file your tax return and was it accepted?
Only the IRS and your State control when and if a Federal or State tax refund is Approved and Issued.
You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section. In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large Orange button labeled "Transmit my returns now".
After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.
Note - Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund. Only the taxpayer listed on the tax return can obtain the status of a tax refund or a tax return.
To check the status of an e-filed return, open up your desktop product or log into your TurboTax Online Account. You can find your status within the TurboTax product.
If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
