How is the refund advance amount determined? Also I see my advance on Santa Barbara site but not my card, what could be the delay? It has been about 4 hours of it showing. I viewed the article that said within 1hour.

Your loan amount will be based on a portion of your anticipated federal refund. For more information please see the offer details disclosures by clicking here. One hour after the return is accepted, you should get the temporary card information via email (please check your Inbox/Junk/Spam folder) which then has to be set up with an online account. Forty-eight hours after acceptance, your advance money will be available on the virtual card.  For more information, please click here.
