I finally got my card through the mail. And I can’t get on the website to activate the card and I can’t get through to customer service to activate it...there has got to be a way around this right?
My refund advance has been put on my temporary card.received email with a login link. The link states my password is wrong.logged back in to turbotax using the password and it does work. I changed the password after it still wouldn't let me log in. I just need to see my 16 digit card number. I have tried to call and cannot reach a live person. Please help. Oh and somehow the password worked for me to type this.
I’ve received my physical card through the mail and I can’t activate it at all. Can someone help? I’ve tried the customer service number and the website and can’t get any access to either.
How many days did it take them to send the actual card? Cause im stuck waiting after i fell for their refund advance scam of a lie.
Not sure who you were asking exactly, but speaking for myself, issue is not resolved still. I filed a BBB complaint and got a phone call from the Office of the President for Intuit. She said she’d be assigning my case to someone to get fixed on Friday and would email me her info so that I could reach her directly in the event that things didn’t get corrected. She stated the case manager had 4 business hours to follow up with me. That did in fact happen. However the case manager simply said there was nothing he could do other than speak to Green Dot card services. Saturday and Sunday passed with no correspondence and then Monday I missed a call from green dot, returned it and waited on hold for over 30 mins before giving up. Tried again later and was told I needed to give them my card number for them to be able to look into the issue. Lmao!!! Then a follow on call from Green Dot ended with me being told “sorry for the inconvenience, but if you’ll be patient your card will arrive in the mail in a few more days”. This is an effin joke I’ll tell ya. If you find yourself dealing with this issue, file a BBB complaint. It’s the only way they’ll attempt to communicate and the only way to fight back against the BS and warn others.
Exactly. The company is running a short term scam that they can blame on technical issues. Let’s see how many people are refunded their money they paid extra for the rapid refunds.... file a BBB complaint.
I was told they’d expedite the card for a $15 fee, but for the inconvenience they’d waive the fee lmao, and I’d have my card in only 3 days. Was told that on Thursday or maybe Friday I forget, but it’s now more than 3 days either way and guess what... no card.
Okay I attempted to file a BBB complaint. Then what? Try calling them back?
Trying to activate my card but I can't log in
