@ernienettles  I have the turbo card also I didn't get mine they said it didn't have my information so I put my bank information so I'm assuming if I let me put it it didn't have it cuz if you read that link you sent it says if they have it you can't change it plus I'd like to see a picture or pictures of everyone that says they've had a turbo card prove it prove you got your money

Yes I did this morning. Everybody's  should be depositing today.

Nope, the IRS just straight up didn’t have a lot of our info. Even though we got our refunds on the turbo card too. Somebody dropped the ball, but I’d rather have it on my bank account anyway.

Can you answer why your website wont work, your app wont work and why your automated telephone service is unreachable?... Cant give us answers as to when we will receive our stimulus but also are not giving us access to our online banking or any account information.

Yes I did this morning. That's why the tt card customer service and the app is messing up because tt are depositing the stimulus checks.

I have been trying to check my card all day. The website is down. The mobile app does not work. And the phone number on the back of the card gives a message that they are not taking calls right now. What is up with that? And when will it be fixed?
