Tax Year 2020: Will our stimulus check load on our turbo tax card?

@JohnB5677 I checked mine on the IRS website and it has been sent to an account I have NEVER provided to TurboTax or the IRS. Its an account that i have never seen before but the last 4 digits that show are also the last 4 of my ssn. It doesn't give me the option to change it and I can't reach anybody at the IRS or at Turbocard customer service. So how do i find my payment? I have been a faithful customer of TurboTax for 7yrs.

I checked and the bank account info is my last 4. Still no payment. Turbo tax needs to let us know what the hold up is because irs says it will be deposited today

Did they say anything about people who got a refund advance but also used the turbo tax card? Tons of people have gotten it on their card but I have not, and the IRS tool doesn’t recognize our info and locked us out from checking for another 24 hours because we tried to enter our info three times

Mine said the last 4 n i just checked and it shows mine is there. However if u call the # it isn't even ringing. But if u have a turbo tax card. It should've bn info in the packet they sent with the card to register your card n set it up. Do tht n it should tell u what ur bel is.

UPDATE:

The IRS Stimulus Portal is now OPEN! Please use the portal to update your direct deposit information, as TurboTax is NOT depositing checks onto their prepaid cards (specifically for those who got the refund advance). When I checked on the status of my stimulus payment, the IRS prompted me to add my direct deposit information, which I did. This indicates that TurboTax and their bank SBTPG had no plans on depositing my stimulus money onto that card. SBTPG has already stated on their website that they would NOT be handling stimulus payments anyway. Hope this helps guys. Now the REAL question is how long after we update our direct deposit information with the IRS will it take to actually receive the money? Hmm. Either way, TurboTax has lost me as a customer. Mostly everyone I know has their stimulus money by now, but not us CUSTOMERS who were conned into having our deposit put onto some prepaid card instead of into our bank accounts because we were desperate for our money. Nooow the TurboTax Card's website and phone system is down. Smh. Go figure! Poor customer service/support. Please do better in the following years TurboTax!

Right how do we even update our dd info it only says non filers!  Im so done with tt everyone else has got there stimulas. Where is are **bleep** money?!?!?

Yes I checked like 15 mins ago. Not the card but account I set up. It's there and it did show the last 4 of my social for the account#

It seems that anyone that paid fees for filing and some that got advances are the ones who havent gotten their money yet. I had fees deducted from my tax return but didnt get an advance. The routing and acct number on my tax forms matches the one for my turbo tax debit visa card. That card is where my tax refund went back in February. Now when I use the IRS tool it tells me they dont have DD info for me. So I called turbo tax and lady told me not to worry that they do have it and it will go on my card but that if in a week or 2 nothing comes then I should look into it more!!!???? Wtf!!!!???? How can she say the irs has my info when the irs tool says they dont. I suggest everyone that is having issues with getting the stimilus get a tax transcript from the irs for 2019 taxes and see if the routing and acct number on it matches the tax papers that were generated when you filed with turbo tax. I am requesting mine because they are required by law to match. If they dont and TT changed it in order to get the fees first that is illegal because the papers the irs got were supposed to be the same as is generated when you did takes on TT.
