Why Is Sbtg Not Sending My Money

Hey Guys Anyone Else Not Recieved Their Checks From Sbtg ? I’ve Called Numerous Times To Both Sbtg & Turbo & Got No Resolution So Now Im Here Missing 13524 Bucks After Paying Almost 300 Bucks In Fees !!! I Think we all should be refunded the fees whose had to deal with this plus get our checks sent priority! Because let’s be honest I was supposed to have money in hand on the 24th even asked to update my bank info to speed this all up & wasn’t given the option too ! Never using this company again ! And will be warning against as well !

I’ve been in contact for over 2 weeks ! It’s absolutely bogus! You guys can’t pull my information but I filed through you all ! Your bank is stealing people’s money !  An employee earlier told me he was told by the higher ups that the bank itself was facing criminal charges already! It’s sad your company chooses to support this company ! I truly thought you all were better than that ! I’ve told everyone do not use turbo this year it’s a mess ! I’m missing $13524! And until it’s in my hands I’ll continue to post how the bank you guys use stole it ! A check was supposedly sent the 2nd it’s not the 11th ! No way I’m not stupid ! Please for the love of everyone and their sanity going through this exact situation! Tell them to get on it ! Better yet can you have the president of turbo tax email me please ! I’d like my fees refunded immediately! I deserve that money back for all this at least then I would have $236 of my refund !

@Katiebug6790 Mine was short also by around 1300.00. I was supposed to get 1862 and only got 535.00. The filing fees were only 166, and I know these SBTG folks ain't charging that much in fees, so where is the rest of our money.  I submitted a request through their website and never got in touch with anyone on the phone. I have never had an issue using efile with Turbo Tax. This is unacceptable! It seems like alot of people have been having issues but can't get any solid answers.

Same here my fees for my refund was Taken out at Santa Barbara Bank.   They have had my deposit since March 5th. It was suppose to be in my account by the 9th.   They didn't send it all my Bank said.  When I Called Santa Barbara Bank they say they issued me a Cashier Bank Check on the 10th of March.   I still don't have my refund.   And how come they can't send express Delivery like you said since we have to pay $30 fee for mailing the Check...I Strongly believe they're holding refunds for interest being Greedy.  I will never use Turbo tax or any service affiliated with Santa Barbara Bank again.   again and don't recommend anyone else.  I didn't get an advance. This is Nuts.  They're about to be on the News real Soon

Hi Katie.  Did SBTG send your check yet?     I see you posted March 10 th.    Also what date was your refund sent to SBtg.    I'm still waiting on a supposedly mailed check.  That customer service keeps lying about.    Thanks

I just got off the phone with the irs, I was able to get through by using phone prompts that I want to set up a payment. 

I just got off the phone with the IRS. They told me TPG had their bank account numbers take $1368 of my refund, then my bank account numbers took 4138.11. The irs issued me $5506.11.  The irs stated this is how I had my refund set up, which is insane. Id never in my life set up my account for Turbo tax to steal that much. They said I owed no debt I already paid it off. 

They told me to file form for tax preparation fraud form 14157a

So I'm filling that out now.
