Why is my refund $2,200 short?

Turbo Tax says they can't do anything for us who got shorted. This is not hidden fees, i had no child support, no federal debt, and yet they are no help at all. They just push you off to the next phone number that automatically hangs up.

Can you tell me a time frame? Lots of people have been told that, and haven't heard back for 2+ weeks

Honestly thinking we should all join together so to speak and boycott turbo tax. Personally I was short $1500. As well as received my refund from tpg products this year NOT turbo tax as has been the usual. If money isn't returned to people. I will Personally file taxes each year with any provider other than turbo tax. I feel that I no longer trust turbo tax abilities to be honest.
