Why I can’t see and print the state taxes in turbo tax?

I'm not using online TurboTax. I bought Deluxe.

I don't have any screens that look like that in my TurboTax online account.

You can see that even though my NY State taxes were processed, submitted and accepted but Turbo Tax says they aren't available because they haven't been finalized. Fed is fine.

@Jamz58 Have you updated your software to the latest release?

Click on Online at the top of the desktop program screen

Click on Check for Updates

Yeah, it auto updates and is up to date. I can actually view the forms as shown below but if I try to print or save it sends me to the previous screenshot also shown below.

It's just broken and at least a 2 year old problem. Sadly, my past experience with Intuit Support was terrible.

@Jamz58 This could be caused by a problem with the TurboTax software based on the type of operating system you are using.  Are you using Windows or Mac as an OS?

Brand new Windows 11 PC just set up Friday. Installed Turbo Tax the following day.

Then this has me stumped.  I have a laptop PC also running Windows 11 with the 2024 and 2023 TurboTax Premier desktop editions installed and do not have this problem.

You could try uninstalling and re-installing the TurboTax software to see if that fixes the issue.  Or see if a reboot of the PC helps.

Otherwise your only other options are to see if anyone in the community can offer a resolution or contact TurboTax support.
