Then this has me stumped.  I have a laptop PC also running Windows 11 with the 2024 and 2023 TurboTax Premier desktop editions installed and do not have this problem.

 

You could try uninstalling and re-installing the TurboTax software to see if that fixes the issue.  Or see if a reboot of the PC helps.

Otherwise your only other options are to see if anyone in the community can offer a resolution or contact TurboTax support.
