Why did I recieve a notice from Turbo Tax that my refund is here but it's not in my bank and the IRS tracker says that my refund hasn't even been approved yet?

Go by what's on Where's My Refund and not the message you received.

So, I can't believe the notices I get from Turbo Tax? So, I don't know if my refund has Actually even been approved either? I guess I'll file my taxes somewhere else next year.

Only the IRS and your State control when and if a Federal or State tax refund is Approved and Issued.

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.

Only the IRS website for the status of a tax refund should be used to get the actual refund information - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.
