Which mode of refund information should I trust?

I filed my return and it was accepted on March 6th, 2022.  It was approved and I was given a refund date of March 16th, 2022, on March 11th, 2022.  I checked it this morning and it said the information I submitted did not match their records, however, when I called the automated phone system, it still say a my refund will be sent by March 16th, 2022.  Is this just an online glitch or should I be proactive and insist on speaking with an actual person?

I filed on 2/3/22 and realized that I had the wrong recovery rebate on line 30 so I’m expecting a delay.  Until today wmr was showing the processing delay message and today it could not find my return.  All the info was entered correctly but it said no info available on my return. Basically couldn’t find it. It asked when I filed etc and then said it couldn’t find it.  Anyone run into this?

Yeah, none of those apply.  It was already approved and a refund date was given. Thank you for proving most people don't actually read about the issue, just keywords.

This is normal. It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to update and show the status. The 21 days is just an estimated time frame. The IRS began processing returns on 2/12, you may not find a record of it or the website may say that you have put in incorrect information when tracking your federal refund. As your return moves through the system, the status of it will be updated.

Since Turbo Tax will not have the status of your refund, continue checking the Where’s My Federal Refund tool for updates. Updates are made daily, usually overnight.
