Same situation here.   Turbotax said it was accepted and nothing from my Fed refund deposited... yet, TurboTax wants their payment. The payment was supposed to come out of my refund! Ugh... frustrating!

"Accepted" does not mean processed or approved.   And the IRS is taking a very long time to process and approve of refunds because they are so backlogged.   Frustrating as it may be, you agreed to allow TurboTax to deduct their fee if your refund was delayed when you requested to pay your fees from your refund.

Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund?  Is your refund taking an unusually long time to arrive?  Or was your refund seized to pay a debt you owed? if so, you signed an agreement that says TT can withdraw its fees from your account.  TurboTax would have sent several emails to you before they took the money out of your account.

People need to read more and not speak up until they can't find a answer to what they are going to ask or say. What you signed said they can get payment if your refund is delayed.

I thought I had paid all if my fees when I filled my taxes what is going on. I haven't even received my federal and my taxes were done in April

Then take the payment out of my federal taxes. That's how I've always paid.

Is the following your issue?  I've tried to piece together all of your several small postings to try to figure out what you are referring to, and I think this is what you are experiencing.

If you chose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, and if your Federal refund has been delayed unusually long at the IRS (or if it's been reduced), after a certain number of days TurboTax will want to be paid.  As long as the IRS is still working on your return, TurboTax hasn't actually been paid.   They likely started sending you emailed bills to pay.  If you don't respond by either paying or asking for a deferment, they will ultimately debit your bank account.  If you wish to ask for a deferment, you need to do so quickly.

See the FAQ below that explains the process.  The first paragraph of the FAQ has a special phone number if you have a question or have a hardship and need to ask for a deferment.  

Hours are 5AM-5 PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern),  Mon-Fri.

If you need to ask for a deferment, you should call them as soon as possible.  Once they actually start the debit process, they say they can't stop it.

Please help me I haven’t received my 2019 federal refund yet. Also I haven’t received my Stimulous payment yet either! Someone please help me everyone else has gotten there’s but I have not!!!

You are by no means alone, @DaddysBoy33. The IRS has yet to process an untold number of 2019 returns, many of which are due refunds.

INTUIT is holding my significant tax return.  After speaking to the IRS two different times I learned that the IRS pays INTUIT our refund.  Then INTUIT pays us.  INTUIT has been sitting on my refund from the IRS since May 5, 2021.  What a complete SCAM.  I will NEVER use TurboTax again.  We need to boycott this company!  WHERE IS MY MONEY INTUIT?????
