I would love to sign but if you read the contact we have it says it can be taken any time. So not sure signing or doing a petition is going to help.

Sorry to bust your bubble but read the contact you have with turbo. It said they can take it due to situation beyond their control basically.

People need to read and then they would know that turbo tax isn't doing this to us other than they need to get paid for a service they performed. Also if you read what you signed you would see that turbo has the right to get their money. I know it's not fair but life isn't fair. I am trying to pay but due to having to change debit card they can't. Spend a hour between phone and computer to get them the new debit number.

I don't see how they can do that, they are charging me too, but I have digital receipt saying that I paid, and thank you for paying

It says they can collect their money 36 days if no refund has been received. They send you 3 emails and during that time you can ask them to wait due to hardship.

No they just didn't up date their policy. They have had this in place for years. It's states you will receive 3 emails before they take it out. If you have a hardship then that should of been addressed during those emails. And NO I don't work for turbo tax. I am waiting on our refund as well.

Turbo Tax only gives you an estimated date. The IRS usually pays most refunds within 21 days. But these are not normal times. This year is taking the IRS longer to send the refunds. There are millions more people filing returns to get the Stimulus payment.

IS Turbo Tax emailing you to pay the fees?

Sounds like the IRS is taking too long to send your refund or reduced it. See What if the IRS reduces your refund or delays it.

Then when the IRS does send your refund they won't take the fees out again.

You should have received about 4 emails asking for the fees. If you don't pay they will debit your account. You had to agree to it.

Where is my refund.  I have to be patient so should turbo tax for payment.  If you cannot wait and take out your money it will be the last time, you don't live up to your word.

You want me to pay the $30.00 for electric filing now because I haven’t gotten my refund yet, when I go to the IRS web site they don’t even see it and said to contact the software company YOU TURBO TAX sent me an email that said it was accepted but they don’t even have it, what the heck is going on?? It’s been since March 13th and why the heck can’t I just email or call you people???

The IRS got it.  It's just not showing up on IRS Where's my refund yet.  That has problems.  The IRS is very behind.  Turbo Tax would not ask you to pay now if the IRS didn't get your return.
