Where’s my federal refund?

I did just that for a few days before I finally got though. Believe me you don't always get though on first try.

Yes Glenn I have been going though this since Feb. when taxes was filed. Since March 4th when we should of gotten refund. I finally talked to someone from IRS and was told it could take another 120 days, which wouldn't be until August. BUT I just read that those that filed taxes without a bunch of deductions, like child credit and etc. will be getting refund within the next few days.

ValMM It may not have anything to do with political but makes you think it does. Yeah I don't accept that they are short staffed either. They didn't have a problem getting out the stimulus checks and won't have a problem getting out the child credits that starts on July 15th, but they have a problem getting refunds out. Really how fair is that for all of us that needs the money and has been waiting almost 4 months for that refund.

Many of us on here are asking the same thing. We have been waiting since we filed on Feb.11th, which we should of gotten refund March 4th. This is the first time that we never got refund when turbo said. Has nothing to do with Turbo, NOT their fault. It has to do with Biden, putting in the last stimulus bill, that if you received unemployment and paid taxes on it they were forgiven, the tax you paid in. Those that filed before this bill it's taking IRS to check your income to what they have. I received less than the income limit on the unemployment, that was set. So I will get all the money back that I paid in taxes. We have been waiting almost 4 months. When I finally got ahold of  someone from the IRS, she said we may not get our refund until August, which will be 6 months of waiting.

i keep trying to get into my account you keep sending me verification codes to my phone and when i enter them you say that they are wrong i understand about federal refunds delayed but i want to know why you are charging me for using your service when i have no refund or no access to my account

Still says that they don't have my information from from them from you guys so I don't know what's going on with that

YES! Our checking account was debited over $100 in turbo tax fees. I agreed to have it taken out of my refund, not from my checking account. Upon speaking to turbo tax support, was informed that they can do that. BULL! I'm sure they just recently updated their policy so they can get their money, but we are screwed. WE WILL NOT BE USING TURBO-TAX EVER AGAIN, AFTER YEARS OF FILING WITH THEM. I am looking for everyone who had this happen to them and intend on filing a class-action lawsuit.

That "policy" has been in effect for years.  Ever since the option to pay the TurboTax account fees with the federal tax refund was offered many, many years ago.

WHO CARES?! YOUR WEBSITE CLEARLY STATES IT WILL BE TAKEN FROM THE REFUND ONCE THE IRS HAS PROCESSED IT. THE IRS HASN'T PROCESSED IT YET, SO CLEARLY THERE SHOULDN'T BE ANY CHARGES YET. YOUR POLICY NEEDS TO BE UPDATED TO CLEARLY INFORM TAXPAYERS IT WILL BE DEDUCTED IF THE IRS DOESN'T SEND IT IN TIME FOR TURBO TAX! (WHAT THEY CALL INSUFFICIENT FUNDS TO COVER THE CHARGES, AS IF MY $7000+ REFUND ISNT ENOUGH TO COVER MY $110.00 CHARGES*)

Yes I’m working on that right now. I’ve met with our CouncilMan & He’ll be meeting with our States Reps because TurboTax should wait just like the rest of us on top of that a lot of us are out of work & for them to go into my account & nothing is there will do nothing but put me in more debt. I say we also do a petition on Change.Org & her this ball rolling.

No refund still waiting February 22 and they want there money??? What about mine???? They said and I signed for it to come out of my taxes so if I have to wait so should TurboTax !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ask and you shall receive! Here we go: Petition against  Intuit Turbo Tax to not take fees from their customers who agreed to have it taken out of their refund. Please all sign!
