So I filed through TurboTax last year they sent me a card everything went smooth so I file this year they signed me up with credit karma for my return card I now have a credit karma account the status of my return says sent but I still have no money how do I find my return once the IRS has already sent it and TurboTax sends me to credit karma credit karma sends me to the IRS IRS sends me to TurboTax

Only the IRS can confirm if a return has already been sent; so the way to appropriately track a refund is by using the WMR tool here. Additionally, if you have any questions regarding the status of your return, you would have to reach out to the IRS directly; contact details can be found here. Please note that due to the ongoing effects of the pandemic, the IRS is experiencing major delays and high call volume. You may want to try giving then a call early in the morning when they open which is 7am local time.
So I'm curious as to whether or not you guys even read any of the post before you reply to them obviously I doubt it but my question was aimed more for the next step after what you reply was as I've already followed that step and they keep leading me back into a circle
So the IRS WMR tool says your refund has been sent? The IRS says to allow up to 5 days due to variations in bank processing procedures. However, there may be another link in the chain that you can check, if the following applies to you:
Did you choose to pay any TurboTax product fees out of your Federal refund? If so, then the funds first go from the IRS to a temporary account in your name at an intermediary bank where the fees are subtracted. Then that intermediary bank sends the rest of the funds on to your bank (or card) in a second direct deposit. A third-party company SBTPG is involved in administering that process, and if you used that method to pay any TurboTax product fees, we can tell you how to check on your funds by logging into SBTPG's lookup tool.
If you did not pay any fees out of your Federal refund, then this does not apply to you.
Thank you for your response yes I have fees being taken out for TurboTax from my return however the problem is it's been almost 21 days since they said they have sent my return out now this being why I have called the IRS to fallow up and they said I needed to call turbo tax so I called TurboTax and after an hour on the phone conversation time they told me to call credit karma where my direct deposit is scheduled to go but when I called them and spent twice as long on the phone they sent me back to the IRS so I called them again and was sent to take the matter up with turbotax again at this point I just msg blog or whatever this is to both turbo tax and credit karma about it and getting the same run around through both places but I get it the guidelines they give you to fallow state this way but if I could get the first message read the person that responded would know that I have completed these steps and still have no answer so I guess my new question is where do I go to file for a refund on my turbo tax subscription when it if it ever gets taken out of my return because this is ridiculous and not what I signed up to pay for

Sorry you're having trouble. I'm a fellow user and helper in this user community forum. I don't work for TurboTax.
Since you said you have fees being paid out of your Federal refund, as I explained above, the IRS first sends the funds to an intermediary bank. The company that handles that is SBTPG (Santa Barbara Tax Products Group). You can go to the SBTPG website below and use SBTPG's refund lookup tool, to see if you can find out any info about your refund and what the holdup is. Perhaps the deposit from SBTPG's bank to your Credit Karma card failed, in which case they mail a check. Or perhaps it is held up at SBTPG's bank for some other reason, such as needing identity verification. I'll also tell you how to speak to the customer service folks at SBTPG.
Refund lookup tool at SBTPG:
On that first page choose the "For Taxpayers" portal.
Then on the next page choose "Check with TPG."
SBTPG has a phone contact page at the following link. It also shows their business hours. Even when they are closed, you may be able to get automated info, or you can log in as above.

Thank you for your help unfortunately they couldn't tell me anything helpful either so I'm going to just give it a little more time and try the trail again but with a little more direction now thanks to your help .
