Where are my payment vouchers?

The 2021 returns I filed online do not contain payment vouchers for federal nor my NYS income taxes. I owe on both. In all of the previous years using TurboTax there were payment vouchers - filled in with my info. I print and mail with my check. I filed online in mid-March. I'm ready to send in my check today but there are no payment vouchers. What gives, TurboTax?  (I choose not to pay online.)

If you choose to pay by mailing a check for taxes owed, then the vouchers should have printed.

You can manually enter your information on a payment voucher and then mail it in.

Federal payment voucher (1040-V)

I can't get the whole voucher printed and I cant get back into TurBo.

I dont know the numbers that should be on the bottom of the voucher so I can't write them in.

You can also omit the 1040-V altogether if you make sure your name, address, Social Security number or ITIN, and daytime phone number are on the check. Please see the below TurboTax help article for more information.
