When will I receive an IRS form 1044 for the Economic Impact payment I received in April 2020?

Our married filed jointly amount was direct deposit to our bank but I have not received any documentation of the payment from the IRS - just the amount on our bank statement.

The letter went out a few weeks after your stimulus payment was sent. If you lost it, oh well....You do not have to send it back with your return. You will be asked on your 2020 return if you received your stimulus payment, so just answer the question when you come to it.

you probably received it and didn't realize it. it was that letter from the White House with Donald Trump's signature on it ; here is what it looked like:
