Based on previous experiences, how long does it usually take to get to the adjusted bar on the refund tool once an amended return has been received by the IRS???

Finally have dd date , after filing Feb 14 having to verify my identity to having to amend my return to getting a tax advocate, to recieving my refund on 06/12/19 sheesh it was a ling time coming but it will be here soon

I had to amend my married joint return because they took our entire refund for my husbands child support which was a debt from before we were married and I had to file injured spouse paperwork. They received it on 3-8-19, it was finally just adjusted on 5-31-19, and it’s now June 9 and I’m waiting for adjustment paper in mail and check. Took just about 16 weeks for mine! But yet my state return was refunded within a couple weeks...

I hope this helps someone dealing with a return. I filed early this year 1/14/19 trying to prevent fraud which was recommended by a tax professional. I received a bar the next day 1/15/19 saying :Received. Weeks passed, No letter, No Nothing.  I decided to call around 2/12/19 No extra info was given.  At this point I'm convinced the IRS is paid to LIE! I checked my WMR & it still said pending. Around 3/15/19 I contacted IRS again. NO info given. I was advised to get a TAX ADVOCATE SO...I did. Come to find out I forgot to claim my unemployment that I received (less than $200) All this BS holding up my refund when the IRS could have just told me that. Instead I had to get a TAX ADVOCATE (waist of f***'n) time. So as of today, I did my ammended return on 5/12/19 & it says: Received.  Now, The 6 week waiting game.  Hope I get it sooner. Will keep everyone posted.  Hope this was helpful!

Okay so I was doing research on when I’d get my check. But my tax amendment was received on 3/15/2019, it just went to the adjusted bar on 6/14/2019. I’ll keep you posted but I have children so mine is probably taking forever because of that reason.

My Daughters just moved over to Adjusted on 06/14/19 and she got her check Sat. But mine move to adjusted the same day and I’m still waiting

How long did it take an advocate to reach out to you because i called last Monday June 17th they open a case for me and everything and told me my advocate would contact me Thursday. I haven’t heard from my advocate but they did advice one has been assigned to my case and gave me her information i have left her a message and just waiting on her respond?

UPDATE: so on my amended return that was show adjusted 6/14/19 now finally received a check 6/24/19 without letter of adjustment, so still waiting for adjustment letter.
