What should I do if my refund amount is $340 lower than what the irs shows as deposited?

Irs shows 5113.84 I received 3443.84
So by my math
5113.84-130 for processing
4983.84-1200 tax advance
3783.84-3443.84 received
Leaves 340 missing. Where is it?

Ok ... the refund needs to go from the IRS to the third party bank to the card.  This process can take up to 3 business days or more.  So first did the IRS send the entire amount ... check there first.  If so check with the third party bank and then the debit card.

Check the IRS :  https://www.irs.gov/Refunds

Check  SBTPG:  by logging into their website at:  https://cisc.sbtpg.com/

Or you can get 24-hour automated info by phone at:  https://cisc.sbtpg.com/contact.aspx

Check at Turbo Tax Visa :  If you have any questions or need assistance with your Turbo Prepaid Visa Card, please visit TurboPrepaidCard.com or call us toll-free at (888) 285-4169.

My turbo card was credited the amount above. I called the irs who verified a deposit of 5113.84 which is what shows on the where's my refund tool. I'm not sure what I'm missing here.

I will check with TPG in the morning and go from there, see what they saw come in. Thank you.

If the IRS sent X  and the amount on the card is Y then the processing bank is where you need to check ... they must have diverted the funds for a good reason.  FYI ... these third party processing banks collect for each other so you may have another uncollected debt/fee.
