What’s is a code 900?

My taxes was accepted 02/13/21 and I called the irs Due to where’s my refund it’s say “ refund is still processing I will provide a refund date when available“ and it has been past 21days & the rep told me there was a message of a code 900 does anyone know what that means ? Is it bad?
