What is wrong with ur turbo tax card app

The app definitely is NOT working I am receiving the same problem. When you open the app it immediately says "Problem connecting to turbo card" when you go online to the web page it loads on email verification to confirm identity and never does anything. The phone number also does not work.

Yeah everyone I know got theirs last few days and rest of people i know got today except anyone who goes through turbo tax this is all a bunch of crap

Same error and when call number says disconnected or says can't take calls due to stimulus or then will say cant make call from my phone line

Yeah the app/site/ and phone number all DOESNT work and the only time I have been able to log in it hasn’t posted it and it was supposed to today. I got the notification for it a few days ago.

I received my stimulus payment, but since I had to get a new card due to someone getting ahold of it they locked my account. The card was supposed to be arriving well over the allotted time, now I can't even get a new card sent to me since the other didn't arrive! If they hadn't locked my account I would've been able to transfer the money. Hoping this gets cleared up soon!

Mine says delivered to bank account thats my SS# as well. What does that mean?

I am having the same issue.  Can't get into the app at all for two days.  When I call the number on the card, it rings a few times then hangs up.  I don't understand

the app wont open to login screen, just to get started. The website won't load, just spins. The phone number on card does not even ring.

Sense we have the Turbo tax card we really won't be  Getting the stimulus payment on it?

So I finally got sick of this and went to an ATM to check the card. My check WAS there. 🙌🏽 But I was so over the BS I just wanted to take all my funds out and place into my regular debit card. Couldn’t even do that, after a particular amount was taken, my card is now restricted and I can’t use at all. And There is still plenty of money on it🙄 and as we all know, the sites or phones are not working for me to get it unrestricted. 🤦🏽‍♀️
