After you file

I received my stimulus payment, but since I had to get a new card due to someone getting ahold of it they locked my account. The card was supposed to be arriving well over the allotted time, now I can't even get a new card sent to me since the other didn't arrive! If they hadn't locked my account I would've been able to transfer the money. Hoping this gets cleared up soon!
