So the irs has said they paid my taxes already. The payment went through on the 9th according to Where’s My Refund. But I decided to use my refund to pay my filing fees, so TurboTax received my refund. Yet when I login to TurboTax it is only reflecting that I am only at the approved stage of my tax refunds, so I have no way to track my money. It’s quite a bit of money too so I am pretty concerned. I called TurboTax and I was told it could take a few days to update; except why has it updated in real time with every other step of the process EXCEPT for this one? TurboTax originally said that it would take 1-2 days for me to receive my refund after they get it from the IRS, after they take out the filing fees that are owed. Except again, there is no proof that they have even revived the payment (that they have my money) or have any intention of sending it to my bank anytime soon.
can someone please let me know what the heck to do?

It can take up to 5 busines days before a direct deposit shows as posted on your bank account.
The tax refund meter on the TurboTax website is only an estimate. TurboTax receives no information whatsoever from the IRS after the tax return has been accepted so has no direct knowledge of the status of the tax return or the status of the tax refund.
TurboTax does not receive any type of tax refund, federal or state.
Assuming that you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.

Yes, I just looked at mine on the website and it says that they deposited my refund on the 8th! Where is my money though? There is a number to call for customer service that I guess I will call tomorrow to try and talk to someone. But it is concerning even more so that it shows it was deposited and yet my bank has no records of a pending transaction and my money seems to have just disappeared.
Same hefe there is no record at my bank either I just want my refund.
