Where are you seeing an outstanding balance? For what? And what did you think was coming out of your "taxes?" (by which do you mean a refund?)
We cannot see your screen, your tax return, or your account, so please be more specific.
Oh---so you chose to have your fees deducted from your refund, but your refund has not yet been issued. Refunds are often delayed now due to the pandemic. Unfortunately, you signed an agreement that says you must pay your TurboTax fees after a period of time, even if your refund has not been issued yet.
They will send several emails before they deduct it from the account you provided to TT. Call the number on the emails to see if you can work anything out to avoid having your account overdrawn by this.

TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 20 of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.
