Turbo trying to charge me $40

I am trying to amend 2019 i used free online orignally. turbotax keeps trying to charge me $40 federal and $40 state. I just want to amend federal. I deleted 1099misc. but turbotax keeps selecting deluxe 2019

If you used the free version, but when you amend the reason for your amendment requires you to upgrade, you will need to upgrade in order to file the amendment.

Your response did not help me. I am being charged $40 to amend state and $40 to amend federal. I only want to amend federal!!! Its not giving me any other options!
