Turbo Tax TPG Bank shows my refund was funded on the 8th, but I haven’t received it in my account. Why hasn’t it been sent to my bank?

SBTPG shows that my check was funded and also shows my direct deposit info.   Down at the bottom of the page it tells you how much you are getting minus the TT fees.   Mine says it’s now a cashiers check.   I called them today and after sitting on hold for 30 minutes, I was told that I should call back on Friday to see if they have issued checks yet.  Mind you my deposit was sent from the IRS on the 18th.   How are they able to hold your money?   It’s hard enough to to get your money from the government now we have to wait on SBTPG.

@andreahillavon  mine says the same thing. At first it said the 28th, today it says the 1st. I haven’t got to talk to an actual person though

I won’t be using turbo tax again.   This SBTPG company is very shady.   I finally talked to someone today after sitting on hold for 30 mins.  I was hellbent that  I was going to talk to someone and they told me

they didn’t know when they would be sending out checks for those that their DD didn’t go thru.

Are you going to be able to speak for the TPG company?  What is their excuse for not sending their checks out yet?   This is absolutely ridiculous and all I was is my refund and now I have to wait on some

stupid check.

I’m having the same issues… tbg says I have two accounts and gives me the run around everytime I call. Saying check tomorrow. Give us till Friday blah blah blah. I’m getting really annoyed with waiting for them to give me my money. I have bills! I just had a baby and have been out of work . It’s annoying and I think they need to give us all our money without taking the fees out since they Messed up!

I still haven’t received it even after turbo tax has taken the fees out but my bank hasn’t given me the money. I mean it’s my refund and still nobody can help me dig out if TurboTax bank is still holding it even after they already took the 156 fee out of it. Or if my chime bank is lying to me and they have it. I’m just so lost and it’s starting to make me go mad and crazy at the same time. I just want my refund now.

Turbo tax already took my fee as well and it’s the TBG bank that’s holding it.

So, the IRS said my deposit date was today (March 2nd 2022) and I got this email. I also checked with TPG and it says funded and that it was sent yesterday but I haven't received anything and I used the same turbo tax green dot bank card from last year which instantly deposits the money once its received.. when should I see my deposit?

So half of your refund being kept is considered a small problem?  You got your whole fee, your customers should receive their full refund without having to wait for an explanation.  The good thing about this is…our relationship is “severable.” You failed to let customers know your through company would short them funds for whatever reason.

I'm having the same issue. Said I have 2 accounts should be fixed by friday. When was your DDD? Mine was 2/24. If you call them today let me know what they say. This is ridiculous
