Turbo Tax TPG Bank shows my refund was funded on the 8th, but I haven’t received it in my account. Why hasn’t it been sent to my bank?

so i got $133 from what is supposed to be over $7000 deposited into my account from TPG products.

will i be getting another deposit soon? As this is WAYYY off and a huge issue for me

That amount looks like the 3rd stimulus payment for 5 people on your tax return.  If you indicated on the 2021 tax return that you did NOT receive the stimulus payment and the IRS has records showing that the stimulus payment was sent to you, then the IRS adjusted your tax return accordingly.

You will receive a letter from the IRS in the next few weeks explaining the changes which reduced your federal tax refund.

5 people have never been on my tax return. Also, when it asked if i did receive stimulus payments i said yes and it added the correct amounts.

everything was done correctly. 

On the tpg website it say it shows my refund of 7000 then says they recived $281, after fees, i got $133

Yep I’m going thru the same situation tpg says I’m funded as of 2/23. Dd is for 2/24 which is today. 
I just called tpg and they are saying that I’m indeed funded and my funds have sent to my account but turbo tax is sayin that I’m not showing funded and they don’t have any info.  this is so frustrating where is my money!!! 
if I don’t get my deposit today I’m not using turbo tax again I paid $346 and haven’t even got an email saying it coming or anything also I’ll warn other not to use turbo tax as well!

Yep. It’s ridiculous. And now on twitter i was told to send info in an email so they can fix it.

they responded saying regretfully its a tax issue. But i have no issues on “wheres my refund” havent had any issues or audits since i started using turbo tax 8 years ago.

7000 to $133 and no answers on what happen to my money. Smh

mine is short 2215! im trying to call tpg now. i have already talked to the irs and reviewed my transcripts. so where is the rest of my money!

I havent called tpg or whoever tf they are yet, however i was able to look online and see that my $133 was actually 281 but they took fees out. But i thought my fees was to turbotax(which is why i used them)

but that still dont explain where tf my money is.

on irs site, it shows i owe them nothing. So idk whats going on

If I were you I would cal tpg . I just called them and literally had to wait on hold for 2 hours and she said that the banks are being bunbarded so to just give it time because it says they are funded and my direct deposit is in fact dated to hit today. But it could possibly be tomorrow. 
also tpg is the processor tt uses if you had fees taken from your refund then tpg processed your money and that is who will be sending it to your account so you need to call them just put your phone on speaker and wait!

BUT, it says my refund came and i did get a deposit of $133. Just asking, but are u saying they are having alot of trouble and will be sending out the rest of our income tax. OR is it for the ones that say funded but still have received nothing.

im scared because this will really put me and mu family in a screwed situation.

I have been on hold for an hour and half trying to speak with someone from TPG. I have already talked to the IRS and turbotax. reading through another section it sounds like a lot of people were shorted and are being told it was due to an advance that they never actually took out.

i got part of it but missing over $2k. That's the issue. I have already contacted the IRS and Turbotax and I should have received my full amount!
