Turbo Tax TPG Bank shows my refund was funded on the 8th, but I haven’t received it in my account. Why hasn’t it been sent to my bank?

Did the irs say something like tax topic 201? Iv been seeing people say they have that on there and missing some but owe nothing.

i dont even have that and still nothing. But prayers are up

I’m going through the same thing. TPG says they received and processed it yesterday, says funded but haven’t received anything.

Actually tpg does hold funds. The irs sent my money to tpg on the feb 16th. once the irs websites confirms that the money is sent they are unable to assist. I called turbotax so many times with no assistance as to what was going on with my refund when i checked the tpg website it said they did not receive my refund. When i called tpg the automated system confirmed that the irs accepted my funds and once they were received they will send and this is 4 days after the irs sent my funds. After a two hour wait i was able to get in touch with a tpg rep who said that my funds could be held due to two reasons wrong address or bank account information. We confirmed both and she had me wait another 30 mins to tell me that they had my money but was not sure why it was being held because my information was correct and to call back in 24-48 hrs for an update. So its not your bank and its not irs once it says sent on their site. It is TPG who turbo uses as a 3rd party to collect their funds. After 6 years as a turbo customer i will never use them again.

Its **bleep**in crazy. I live in a weakly for 2 years. New owners just came gave us 30days out of the blue to decide to sign a lease or be stay monthly.

because its no longer weakly, i have to drop a lump sum to keep living here in 4days. March 1st. Im on the streets with my daughter ( who uas a disability by the way) i dont even like writing

Did any of you get ur refund yet? Mine was set to be in the bank on 2/22/2022 and it’s still not there. I’ve contacted both the irs and turbo tax and no one helped me. No one knows where my money is. I had the processing fee to be paid out of my refund and online it says “thanks for your payment” but on the TPG bank thing it shows no information on my account.

Same with me IRS says they released my refund 2/24/22 and TPG is saying they got less and took their fee and sent the rest to my bank, so where is the other almost 3,000 dollars at that the IRS shows they sent to my bank

How long did you wait mine says sent 2/24 but TPG is saying the only got 6 hundred and something and took out there fees and sent 509 to my account but the IRS says they sent 3,600 so where is the rest of it

I got my $133 out of 7000 on 2/24 and thats it. Everyone and everything says the same thing. Im spending more time on finding a home/apt/ weekly right now. Im screwed due to this

The IRS sent my refund the 24th and the tpg said it took what they had to and said cashier check was supposed to get sent when will I receive it ?
