That amount looks like the 3rd stimulus payment for 5 people on your tax return. If you indicated on the 2021 tax return that you did NOT receive the stimulus payment and the IRS has records showing that the stimulus payment was sent to you, then the IRS adjusted your tax return accordingly.
You will receive a letter from the IRS in the next few weeks explaining the changes which reduced your federal tax refund.
