Turbo tax debit card

I have not received my card and every time I call customer service to report it it will ask for my social , zip code, and birthday then it tells me I have a card and to enter my last 4 digits of the card but I can’t do that because I have not received the card then it just hangs up on me. I called green dot and it does the exact same thing. I’m getting very frustrated because I need the card. What do I do?

Turbo tax debit card

Follow these steps as you need to select "did not receive your card" since you never received it, do not select that it was lost or stolen or the system will prompt you for the last four digits of the card.

 

  1. Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it) 
  2. Press 2 to continue using the automated system.
  3. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these).
  4. The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1.
  5. Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card".
  6. Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birth date.

I followed these steps and I still get asked for the last 4 digits on the card I have yet to receive.

Visit TurboDebitCard.com or call us toll-free at (888) 285-4169  to check the address we have for you, update your address, or have a new card sent to you if it's been longer than 10 business days.
