TPG Products deducted a surprise $39 from my refund after TurboTax took $178.69 in fees.

Why aren't ALL of the fees disclosed on the fees page?  Why did I have to spend 45 minutes on the phone with TurboTax trying to figure out what that additional $39 was for?  The gal told me it's on TurboTax documentation but is not identified anywhere when I did my taxes with TurboTax online.

I printed the FEES page and I assure you the additional $39 fee from TPG was NOT on there or anywhere else.  I didn't even know who TPG was until I called.  And I was told that it was a fee that I was not able to see on my end.  This came directly from the person at TurboTax that I spoke with so Noooo it was not listed in the fees I agreed to pay.

I just read the Help Article you put in your reply.  No where does it say that I'd be charged an additional $39 by TPG.  That article may be clear to you but so not to anyone else.

When you selected the Pay with Federal Tax Refund option in the File section of the TurboTax program, the fee of $39 for this option was clearly shown -
