The website says to look at old tax returns, you:
you can access your prior-year returns by following these steps:
1 Go to your Intuit Account
2 Select the Data & Privacy tab
3 Download your Intuit data
There is no "Data & Privacy" tab in the intuit account. There's Sign in & Security, Personal Info, Apps, and Communications. There's no menu to download old Intuit data. No continue button.
How do I actually download old returns?
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

For a fee of $50 you can get a complete federal tax return from the IRS by completing Form 4506 - http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506.pdf
I did that. The instructions don't work. It sends me to the instructions I listed. They send me to my Intuit Account Manager: https://accounts-tax.intuit.com/account-manager.html
Which does not have a Data & Privacy tab like the instructions say.

Then someone in TurboTax screwed up linking that account to the instructions for registering a 2019 account before you can download a prior year account. This probably has to do with the new California regs concerning privacy.
Best to contact TurboTax support as soon as possible.

Same! So annoyed. Every article says to click on Data & Privacy on my intuit account but there is no such section and every link in Turbo tax just takes me to my intuit account. It's a looping Hell

I am having the same problem. There is no "Data and Privacy" tab
Close the TurboTax program. Clear cache and cookies on your web browser. Access your TurboTax Account again. If the problem persists change your web browser.
