The bank sent my tax refund back how do i get it

If the bank rejects a direct deposit, the refund will go back to the IRS.  The IRS will create a paper check for your tax refund and mail it to the most up to date address they have on file for you. The best way for you to track your federal refund is to call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040. If you need further assistance, leave a comment below. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3302459

If the IRS doesn't have to correct direct deposit information for you to recieve your tax refund, they will issue you a paper check. If you by chance put incorrect information in for you bank, here is what you need to know regarding Putting the wrong bank account information in for direct deposit.
