So I Filed my Taxes on 2/2/22. Filed everything was Processes that SAME DAY. I asked for the 21 day return into my Account. The IRS did not send me my return until 3/2/22. It was not the WHOLE AMOUNT that I was Processed for. I thought I’d give it a week to see if the rest would appear and It has not. WHO SHOULD I TALK TO IF THE IRS ANSWER WITH ONLY Machines?!?

The IRS will be sending you a letter that explains why your refund was reduced. The IRS does not provide any information to TurboTax after you file your return, so no one at TT will know the reason your refund was less. Wait for your letter.
NONE OF THE REASONS IN THE LETTER HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH ME WHAT SO EVER. CONSIDERING THAT I SUBMITTED THE PICTURE OF THE INFO ON TURBO AND EVERYTHING CHECKED OUT GREAT. SO THAT MAKES NO SENSE.
Please see this Help Article for possible reasons as to why your refund was less than expected.
If you used Refund Transfer, in this public forum, we do not have access to any information regarding refund processing. It would be necessary to contact TPG for additional information. They are one who handles your refund if you elected to pay your fees with your refund. You can also check out this TPG Help Article to check on your refund.

Okay, Contact a the Third party Got it. Still doesn't make any sense why I should contact them if I payed for my refund with my own money and not the refund itself...
I am
going through the same thing they took $6k from me and I have no offsets I called the IRS number and no offsets or Debts the explanation they gave me makes no sense nor does it apply to me . Who do we reach out to to get our money since nobody at the IRS answers calls. It’s very frustrating
I AGREE. THE OFFSETS ARE NOT EVEN IN THE PICTURE. TURBO, TPG, AND THE IRS NEEDS TO GET THIS FIGURED OUT OR ELSE THEY WILL BE ANSWERING NOT ONLY TO US BUT TO ALL OF THOSE WHO USE THEM FOR TAX SEASON.
Thank you for that clarification. If you did not pay the fees with your refund then you will need to contact the IRS regarding your refund being less than expected. Please see How do I contact the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)? for more information, including the IRS phone number and hours of operation. You may want to try calling right when they open since they have been very busy throughout the day.
