 @HeatherPLO  How about you call me and tell me where my money is at, why do I have to keep jumping through hoops to get any of you on the phone only to be told that its someone elses problem, YOU ARE THE LAST PEOPLE TO HOLD MY MONEY and there is over $3200 missing find my money NOW!!!

that sounds great in theory. 

it’s been 8 days since turbo tax “escalated” this and I still haven’t heard a meaningful response. This is through the Facebook page 

when contacting turbo tax via the website we receive a call and the person will tell us we have to contact SBTPG …. Which as we all know is useless. 

so Facebook help… doesn’t help

using the TurboTax site doesn’t help. 

Something needs to be done. 

I understand that you can not handle it here, but certainly it should be handled in some way..

Not responding would be better than a copy and paste answer leading us on a wild goose chase. 

we log in with our turbo tax log in information to speak here. There is a way that turbo tax could handle these issues, but choose not to.

@CarissaM @HeatherPLO Again the issue right now is TPG, TurboTax, and The IRS are all saying they have no idea where the $3200 is at or why its missing. TPG is the last company to have the full amount of my return, meaning when you sent it to be deposited you sent less then the amount you were supposed to ergo you have $3200 of my money sitting some where in your accounts and I want it back. Why is this so hard for you to understand, I sincerely don't care if you can figure it out, you are GOING to figure it out because YOU are the ones that jacked this up, NOW GET ME MY MONEY.

Thinking about getting a lawyer as well. Never will I think about using Turbo tax again! Not only did they steal almost 150.00 from me but my refund is supposedly mailed but never arrived. These people are crooks I’m not even sure how they get the refunds and never contact anyone just do whatever they want. When I’m finished we will all have our money and some I’m definitely going to pursue these people

@Critter-3 Ironically on their website they claim " we do not hold funds".  That's a random declaration to make for no reason wouldn't you say? But, anyways they also have terms in the "agreement" that states what they will do when an issue is brought to their attention,  and in a specific time frame.  So no, people did not sign up for this. If they(TPG) don't do what they said they'd do, that's breach of contract.

@OHNOWORDSHURT Are you saying that your full return was $3200? Or more and when you final received some payment it was SHORT by $3200? 

If so that's no bueno. I so on a different complaint site that if the funds are dispersed via check, in signing the check you are agreeing in signing the check that's the full amount due to you and they will essentially just absorb the rest. IDK though i haven't actually gotten a check to confirm.

@chazzycakes83 They have done the same to me over the last couple if days. Saying a check was coming. But they also said that last week when my BBB complaint came through. When the check never came I called and as it turns out, it was never mailed. As of 3-9 it was supposed to be mailed according to the automated prompts from the 800#. But i called back today to hear it again because i just had a feeling, and what do you know the date prompts now say the check was mailed on 3-10. show much do you want to be that tomorrow it will say 3-11??

Same problem here, they are holding on to $2,921 of my refund! How is this possible when er get emails from Turbo Tax saying our refund has been accepted! This is such a scam. Never using Turbo Tax again. Add me to that lawsuit!

Because it’s a “system error” call and make them verify with a lead when your check was exactly mailed. They are literally full of it

@Retherford41 It was short by $3200, as in there is $3200 missing from my return and no one can tell me where its at or why it was deducted.

Wow…so I called just now to see if your theory was true and you’re right. When I called on the 9th, the automated system said a check was sent on the 9th… and today it says it was sent on the 11th. I’m so done right now. There HAS to some action taken because this is beyond wrong at this point.
